THE FIRST INTERVIEW of
"THE 5 WAYS"
(5 Techniques that are Strategies for the Spiritual Path)

INTERVIEW with
SHINZEN YOUNG
November 9, 2007

I did an interview with Shinzen after attending a retreat of his in November 2007
where he laid out a new framework for all of his techniques that seemed quite accessible
as well as practical & relevant to our daily lives.

I was struck with the effectiveness of these techniques which also doubled as powerful
strategies for working with various difficulties that may arise in our lives
and also linked to various methods of Buddhist practice.

This is that interview.
I hope you find it as helpful as I did.

After this interview, Shinzen restructured his teachings based on these "5 WAYS"
